The Fight To Save Our Australian Wild Horses

Our Brumbies need our help. It is only through the efforts of people who care that the inhumane slaughter can stop. We need to work together to make permanent changes to the welfare of our Heritage Wild Horses.

I am here to spread as much compassion and awareness as possible. Every one of us can help, and join the fight for the lives of our Brumbies.

If the consequence of the statistics put out before us means hundreds of horses losing their lives, those statistics should be unquestionable. But when it comes to Brumbies, it feels like we've ended up with the opposite.

Pro-cull supporters cling to the idea that it's either Brumbies or native wildlife, and one or the other need to die. But that is not the case, it is not a reason, and they will always go silent before explaining the real reason why anyone could support such cruelty.
The only real excuse for ae

There may come a time when the mountains fall silent of those hoofbeats. I hope we never become so disconnected from nature that we celebrate that silence, while simultaneously accepting the sounds of the cities, roads and towns that spread like a plague throughout the natural world.
